Business Support Analyst SG&A and Logistic

Business Support Analyst will ensure two main missions:
  • Provides Level 1 business support of operations and facilitates support coordination between levels 1 and 2 to guarantee target performance for the processes and applications he/she supports and to meet customers’ expectations
  • Contributes and/or leads efficiently projects and studies that are meant to improve the productivity and quality of the operations and provide business value for customers, in collaboration with Business Support Expert

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 2 year-experience in GL/reporting/controlling activities
  • Analytical approach, structured and organized
  • Fluency in English and/or French
  • Excellent command of Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple individuals and teams (service line managers, transverse teams)
  • Proactive mindset with high customer orientation and desire to look for improvement opportunities as well as deliver solutions to defined objectives

What will you do?

Perform operational tasks for the TZ EUR perimeter: SG&A scope (FTE and RPA Reporting) and for Logistic scope (Reporting).
Support for operational teams
  • Works as the 1st level of escalation for the operational issues raised by the teams - either solves the issue and work on the documentation of the solution in a timely manner or ensures the timely escalation of the issue to the next level, as per escalation path
  • Guarantees that processes and applications are correctly applied and used (including parameters)
  • Update documentation for standard tools and activities (procedures, operating modes) - shared with Business Support Expert, Process Engineer
  • Monitors the compliance of deliverables with expected quality standards and proposes action plan in case of non-respect
  • Ensures the backup for a position within operational team in case of critical situation
  • Provides answers to the Partners’ ad-hoc requests in a timely manner
Progress & Training
  • Recommends improvements of the processes, tools and organization within his/her scope and Business Partners’ scope
  • Shares ideas and collects best practices through the expert functions’ network across the different zones and processes
  • Provides key feedbacks on processes & applications performance, as well as needs for evolution to Business Support Expert
  • Identifies needs for professional competencies to develop within operational teams
  • Deliver training sessions to operational teams on processes and tools according to training plan and calendar defined, including the training on the new activities which can be added to the SG&A and Logistic scope
