Job Description

• Provide medicine where the patient has easy access to their Family Doctor, with the focus and time solely on the patient
• Create various practice formats where different disciplines work together to unburden the workload
• Guarantee patient well-being and create a good work-life balance for Family Doctors
• Work in a strong and close-knit team

Requirements

• Recently graduated Family Doctor
• Proficient in English
• Dutch language skills to at least B1 level
• Knowledge of French, English, Italian or Arabic can be an advantage
• Flexibility to work in different locations
• Fresh graduates or experienced individuals
• Willingness to invest in oneself and maintain the organisation's vision
• Enjoys working in a multidisciplinary team
• Willingness to work in multiple locations (max. radius of 40km)
• Goal-driven and takes care of their own patient population as quickly as possible
• Puts patients first and feels responsible for their own performance

• Monthly gross salary starting at 6.500€ for the first 6 months

Candidate Requirements

• Dream of living and working in a well-developed country
• Hold an EU/EEA passport and an EU/EEA Family Doctor Diploma
• Have a professional level of English
• Eager to learn Dutch through our Language Academy
• Willing to relocate to Belgium, Flemish territory in the near future
