Come be a part of this journey!BAT ROMANIA IS LOOKING FOR AN EMPLOYEE SERVICES TEAM LEADSENIORITY LEVEL: Experienced ProfessionalFUNCTION: Employee AdminCITY & COUNTRY: Bucharest, RomaniaMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:Ensure efficient delivery of specialized employee services in accordance with the key performance indicators (KPIs) and the agreed service level agreements (SLAs)Prioritize the workload and requests received in the team’s assigned scope of responsibility, ensuring an efficient and fair balance among team members Ensure compliance with working procedures in the delivery of services to secure the desired level of serviceIdentify and mitigate risks related to personnel management services, according to internal governance structures and internal audit practicesProactively identify service improvement opportunities Supervise the team of specialists who provide data management services to meet the established objectives Has in-depth knowledge of personnel management services and processes and compliance issues specific to the delivery area to answer complex questions asked by specialistsManage relevant suppliers in the field of activity and supervise the performance of all administrative activities related to the relationship with service providers according to the agreed performance matrix and documented processesEngagement in projects linked to the activities of the human resources departmentKnowledge, Skills and Experience:At least 3 - 5 years of experience in team management and operational human resource servicesAt least 3 years’ experience in the activity of Call Centre, GBS, outsourced human resource services HR management – High quality and accurate management of HR services and processes, according to the requirements of this position and to the customers’ needs.Improvement of the services – Search for improvement and efficiency solutions, identify new opportunities in service delivery. HR matrices and analytics – understand HR data and how it can be collected, used, and interpreted to inform decision-making. Services provided to customers – Perform customer-oriented activity, identify at all times opportunities to obtain professional and high-quality results. Problem solving – identify, approve, and implement solutions relating to operationsEfficient communication - Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in dealing with various people and channels Collaboration - Consistently demonstrate a cohesive perspective to internal and external colleagues
