It is completely responsible for full fault management in the network from alarm surveillance till resolution. As part of our team, you will Provide technical support with a bent of mind towards trouble shooting as part of 24x7 Emergency/Outage handling. Liaises with Customer Care organizations regarding Network outages. Fault Localization/Correction/Verification* resolution from remote delivery center. Real time alarm analysis and take ownership and support in closure of all critical & emergency faults. Preparation of RCA/Incident summary for internal referral. End to End support for Resolve care cases till closure. Responsible for Remote AT of BSC/RNC. Fault/Alarm handling of Nokia BSC & RNC fault troubleshooting. BTS/ NodeB commissioning and troubleshooting knowledge. Coordination with internal/external customers and operation teams for resolution/restoration. Supports end-end support, coordination and control of assigned Trouble Tickets. Providing incidents reports and RCA for the outages in the network. Ensures planned outages are carried out/rolled back in maintenance window. Carry out preventive proactive measure to improve network availability and reducing MTTR. Follow NOC procedure / process and ready to work in 24x7 environments. knowledge of RAN and BSS Elements (Flexi BTS/MR BTS/Node B/eNode B/RNC/BSC). Understanding of E2E topology with different interfaces like IuB, IuR, IuCS, IuPS, O&M etc.. Trouble Ticket & Works Order Admin.
