System Engineer Digital Workplace (m/f/d) What makes your job With your experience and the appropriate tools, you monitor infrastructures of our customers and remotely ensure the ongoing operation. Your core tasks are: Solving complex faults and requirements (2nd and 3rd level support). Documentation of messages and solutions Creation of relevant reports Monitoring and further development of our customers' infrastructure You also keep an eye on the adjacent systems and perform health checks on a rotational basis. In doing so, you are in close coordination with our customers.
