Business Analyst - Insurance
As a Business Analyst for Friday Technology, you will be working on projects within the Baloise Group. The first project will be for Basler DE and will involve:
- Supporting the Product Owner in technical questions about the expansion of our core system
- Further development of the billing module of the core system (Guidewire)
- Conceptual elaboration and implementation of technical specifications
- Creation of test concepts and test execution
- Process modelling and optimization of business and technical processes, as well as analysis of the use of new technical possibilities
- Management of workshops and working meetings with IT and departments, and within the project
Your Ideal Background and Skillset
- Very good knowledge in the analysis of insurance-specific or banking processes (professional and technical)
- Experience in the creation of technical and test concepts, as well as in the preparation of topics in the form of presentations and decision templates
- Experience in the project environment and software development in an agile framework
- Strong sense of ownership
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken
