Based in Cluj Napoca, the Customer Success Adoption Specialist, part of the Customer Success Center of Excellence plays a key role in supporting shared book of business customer at scale on getting minimum valuable realization & business outcomes and on renewing consistent experience year over year.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Understand industry business drivers and critical use cases and be able to align them to product/software functionalities and standard methodologies to drive key end-customer outcomes
- Empower large end-customers targeted audiences to use standard processes to increase adoption and effective utilization
- Provide just-in-time enablement, and how-to ‘quick wins’ to mitigate customer challenges
- Support customers in understanding the resources available to help make them successful
- Develop and deploy customer success management digital practices playbooks
- Support Customer Success Managers identifying, positioning new opportunities, and maintaining customer retention at high level.
FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
- Successful track record of customer facing role (internal/external) with prior experience (5 years+) in customer support, product development, professional services and/or customer success preferred
- Good operational knowledge on contract management
- Proficient technical knowledge in targeted solution(s)
- Understand assigned industry(ies) needs and translate them into mutual business opportunities
- Able to interact digitally with large end-customers audiences
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills to turn data into decisions.
