Description We are hiring a Financial Analyst (Accounts Payable) to join our team in Cluj-Napoca.What You Will Be Doing:First point of contact in relation with the vendors for the assigned areaEnd to end investigation of the situations occurred, response and resolution provided on a timely mannerVendor accounts reconciliationsInvestigation of the vendor open items, debit balances and direct debit open pieces –reconciliation with the vendor statementsMonitors the metrics related to the handled processes, making sure that the targets are met, and actions takenPerforms accuracy checks of the bookings in SAP, takes preventive actions and share best practices within the team Ensures all AP month end closing tasks and activities are properly performed, respecting the deadlines Coordinates and facilitate together with AP TL or Finance Manager the daily start up meetings and daily task allocation and balance of the workload if neededActs as first point of contact for Accounting Managers or Controllers for any booking related matter, audit requests, escalations and/ or reconciliations of open items Performs vendor financial analysisHas solid understanding of accounting principles, terminology and tools relevant to the position Encourages positive interaction with the team members and works together with the team to resolve problemsInitiates and conducts projects involving different teams, meeting the established dead-lines and goals Regularly reviews and updates all the procedures related to the process Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information.Comply with business ethics, applicable laws and regulations Actively assists in troubleshooting and problem solvingYour Future Team:Our team is composed of 10 people, with different levels of experience, which allows us to share knowledge and skills.
