Global Demand and Allocation Expert - Electronics Crisis Cell (Cluj-Napoca, Romania)

Your mission?
As a senior resource involved in all Supply Chain activities and way of working related inside ECC global strategy, including the communication and alignment with Supply Chain community across the organization, the Global Demand and Allocation Expert will have to secure the EC demand data collection, identify and manage the supplier list with EC shortages in order to coordinate proper actions in accordance with planning strategy definition.
The Global Demand and Allocation Expert will need to:
- Deploy within all regions/stakeholders the ECC Processes and Procedures
- Prepare, analyze, consolidate & communicatee to all stakeholders data:
- Coordinate collection of red-flags / escalations from regions/projects & prepare for next waves of allocations
- Prepare/clean-up/analyze of references/projects/supplier requests to go under allocation process
- Coordinate with regional teams the collection of data from projects/sites
- Analysis/challenge data collected for allocation
- Make allocation proposal
- Prepare & lead Regional Reviews & Regional Dry-Run Meetings
- Present Allocation Proposals in Allocations Calls
- Communicate final Allocation Decision
- Coordinate the execution of final allocation decision by Post-Allocation team
- Establish the clear working connection with Procurement team
- Continuous improve the overall process across Supply Chain organization
- Identify and manage critical suppliers with EC shortages
- Manage and master the supplier coverage related to EC
- Ensure the demand data info coming from the projects
- Continuous Design & Build best operative model with IS&T
- Ensure the accuracy for the data gathering from region, sites and extraction from system.
Your profile?
- Graduated from University, Master
- 3 - 5 years of work experience (task force/project based preferable)
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management processes
- Strong analytics skills
- Good SAP knowledge
- Strong data crunching and data visualization skills, automation mindset, interested in information technologies and the usage of tools
- Advanced MS EXCEL skills
- Knowledge of Office tools
- Fluency in English
- Structured and organized
- Agile mind set

- Leadership and Management skills
- Collaboration & communication skills
- Very nice to have: BI Tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense, Power Apps, etc)
- Python knowledge represent an advantage
