Job Description
- Creating and optimising the delivery of outstanding recruitment marketing services to our customers
- Building a data-driven marketing operation, pursuing the highest ROI for all customers
- Designing and Developing Media Plans and Advertising Strategies
- Develop and maintain relationship with customers
- Supervising the implementation of the media plans, ensuring excellence throughout the process
- Working closely with Sales and CS departments to develop creative ways of addressing the customer's challenges
- Researching the latest marketing and advertising trends.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing-related fields
- Proven experience with Social Media Advertising, Display Ads, and other Digital Marketing platforms
- Strong understanding of recruitment marketing and employer branding best practices and trends
- Experience managing teams and leading cross-functional projects
- Customer-focused and service-oriented
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
- Independent worker
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Fluent written and spoken English skills
- Copywriting skills
