Responsibilities
- Independently process orders by preparing invoices and corresponding license key files
- Responsible for dispute resolution with customers regarding billing
- Manage and prepare credit notes
- Understand and ensure Key Performance Indicators and order fulfillment goals are met on a consistent basis
- Perform accounts receivable related tasks
- Perform various accounting and administrative duties such as monthly reports, data entry, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Previous experience with Sage Intacct and/or Salesforce is a plus
- Knowledge/Experience working in a tech company is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Attention to details and strong multitasking skills
- Good communication skills and flexibility
- Good organizational skills: set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details/data/information/activities
