Job Description
We're looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our Data & AI Team! As an IT Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maturing relationships with the business stakeholders across allocated business areas
- Partnership with business stakeholders to prioritize, analyze, define and manage backlog by gathering enhancement & project requests
- Researching any rules that might impact solution delivery, such as compliance, data governance, or organizational mandates and disseminating it across the team
- Making recommendations for solutions that deliver organizational goals
- Assisting in the design, development, and testing of solutions
- Overseeing QA and deployment processes
- Overseeing the processes for assistance/solving of production bugs/errors and problems
- Analyzing and mapping all relevant business processes and infrastructure
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position should have:
- Mastery of business analysis principles, processes, and techniques
- Good expertise in SDLC
- Nice to have: Agile and DevOps knowledge
- Good knowledge of Source to Target Mapping, System analysis, Business analysis, Solution definition, Solution development, Solution implementation, System testing
- Solid experience with SQL/DWH concepts/BI Visualization
- Proficiency with MS Office: Word, and Excel, as well as working with industry-standard and agile measurement tools: e.g. JIRA
