IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Build and maintain relations with hiring managers to stay updated of current and future recruitment market trends
- Establish the recruitment sources and perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria using networking, Internet recruiting resources, media, databases and employee referrals
- Screen and interview candidates, make hiring recommendations and be a consultant to the Hiring Managers
- Keep in touch with cross-business HRs (HRBP)
- Prepare recruitment statistics and feedback according to business needs
- Focus on France and Benelux area
FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
- University Degree
- At least 3-4 years of relevant recruitment experience
- Direct sourcing experience
- Technical recruiting experience – preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Fluency in French and English
