Job Title: Technical Consultant
Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer-facing roles and a deep technical understanding of Java or .Net. Knowledge of additional programming languages like Node.js and PHP is a plus. The consultant will work closely with customers to understand their applications and technologies, deliver successful projects, and provide guidance on how to get the most value from our solution. The consultant will also collaborate with project managers, share knowledge with the internal team, and have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of technologies.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers to understand their applications and technologies

- Creatively craft solutions to solve customer's problems
- Enable customers to be successful through knowledge transfer
- Provide consultation and lead customer implementations

Required Experience
- Customer-facing experiences such as pre-sales or consultancy
- Understanding of application performance management space or hands-on experience with AppDynamics is a bonus
- International experience preferred
Required Skills
- Deep technical skills in Java or .Net
- Knowledge of additional programming languages like Node.js and PHP is a plus
- Presentation skills to demo the product and communicate clearly to different audiences
- Ability to effectively drive customers toward successful discovery and requirements gathering
- Proficiency in English language, multiple languages preferred
Certifications
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or similar, or equivalent technical experience
- ITIL certification is a plus
