As a Junior Information Security Expert , you will work closely with experienced colleagues from both, engineering and compliance and rapidly learn to navigate the data protection laws, cybersecurity standards, and all the cybersecurity aspects that need to be regarded for our platform and for the development of Software as a Medical Device (SaMD). Number of vacancies:  1 Work type : Full-time, B2B Contract  Offered remuneration:  285 - 428 PLN daily Preferred start date : As soon as possible Daily tasks: Ensuring state-of-the-art security standards and procedures in collaboration with our engineering team. Innovating digital workflows for efficient and compliant Information Security processes. Assisting teams in documenting compliance and automating documentation where applicable. Maintaining the smartpatient Information Security Management System (ISMS). Preparing and conducting KPI and Management Reviews. Conducting Information Security Audits. Promoting information security awareness across the company. Providing cybersecurity expertise to developers, including standards and protective measures. Supporting pharma teams in addressing partner inquiries and aligning security standards. Assessing and managing cyber security risks for projects. Collaborating with other departments to address security issues (IT, DevOps, Software Engineers). Must-haves: Genuine  interest   in   cybersecurity  and  IT,  and  passion for good processes. Previous   experience  in interpreting and applying  regulations  and  policies   governing Information   Security . Proficiency  in both written and spoken  Polish  and  English . Collaboration - oriented   mindset , and strong  analytical  and  problem - solving   skills . A  proactive   approach   to   learning  and adopting new techniques to stay ahead of cyber threats. Drive to become   a knowledge   leader  on threats, laws, and best practices. Nice-to-haves: Previous working experience  in the field of  information security . Knowledge of the  German   language . Experience in conducting or participating in  audits . Familiarity with data protection laws or information security standards e.g. GDPR and ISO 27001. General knowledge of or interest in software development processes.
