Description of the position:
Deployment Manager for 2 parallel deployments (1 x market/commercial and 1 x factory)
Work closely with the central team to create a deployment template to be usable for future waves
Deployed as part of a Global deployment programs
You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results
Required skill set:
- Min. 5 years of experience in SAP Project Management
- Strong Project Management skills (specifically End to end engagement ownership with Market / Factories & GBS)
- Proven experience (at least 2 programmes) of working with a global template / rollout (ideally within SAP S/4 Hana)
- Excellent communication skills from shopfloor too senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience from initial engagement through to go live of business readiness activities / cutover / ramp up planning (commercial and factory)
- Manage the integration implementation plan for all activities for a market/site to go live (note: you will work with a cutover lead for this task)
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Data management experience
- Team management skills
