What we are looking for: As we are expanding our portfolio with a scope of 200+ applications based on various platforms and technologies. We value self-motivated people who are ready to proactively suggest, create and deploy optimizations, identify and fix bugs with DevOps tools. Essential requirements: Linux or PowerShell command line experience Knowledge in at least one core operating system (Windows or Linux) SQL knowledge (or any derivative) Deep understanding of at least one programming language (Python, Perl, Java etc.) Understanding of DevOps concept Fluency in English Analytical problem-solving and root cause analysis skills Service oriented behavior and good communication skills including with clients Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience. Any of the following will be considered a plus: Vast IT experience Experience with products such as Ansible, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker etc. Scripting understanding under Bash, PowerShell etc. Database knowledge (Oracle, MSSQL, DB2, PostgreSQL etc.) Cloud knowledge (GCP, AWS, Azure etc.) Practical experience in Project Management Knowledge or some experience in any of these technologies: Linux LVM/ Veritas VxFS, VxVM/ Solaris Volume Manager/ IBM Volume Manager/ HP LV/ Oracle VM/ VMware/ Backup applications Knowledge in: Storage/Network/Backup/Red Hat and SUSE based high availability solutions.
