For a hospital in the north of Norway, we are looking for a radiologist to fill a permanent 100% senior position. The area offers an unbeatable mix of city life and nature experiences with majestic mountains, deep fjords, midnight sun and northern lights.
Responsibilities:
- Description and countersigning of examinations within all modalities regarding x-ray, ultrasound, CT and MRI
- Follow-up and guidance of resident doctors
- Participation in interdisciplinary meetings for clinicians and internal training and case discussions
- Examinations with a wide range of examination types and pathology
- Opportunity to work with and develop areas where you have a special interest
Qualifications:
- European authorisation as a medical professional
- European certification as a radiologist
- You need to be able to communicate in one of the Scandinavian languages before you start, if you do not already know any of these, a language course will be offered – free of charge
- Good communication skills
- You must have a professional interest, commitment and desire to contribute to the strong professional environment
