Purpose Statement:
To provide workshop technical support for all departments.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Manage inventory/storage and consumption of Creform materials and necessary tools
- Follow execution tracking of Creform activities based on defined schedule and plan
- Lead and ensure 5S compliance for the moonshine shop room
- Support in implementation and design of new tools, jigs, and assembly fixtures (Moonshine shop)
- Take initiative to continuously improve work station design with support of the Industrial Engineering team
Additional Accountabilities:
- Hands-on modification of Creform items
- Assist Industrial Engineering team in Lean programs or/and Kaizen workshop
- Maintain inventory regarding Creform items
- Support for line installation and layout changes, activities led by Industrial Engineering team
- Perform mounting operations for abrasive materials on machines
- Acknowledge and comply with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
Additional duties as assigned.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
- A minimum of an Associate's degree is required
- 1 year of related experience is required
- An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered
Other Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and previous manufacturing experience are strongly desired
- Ability to understand technical blueprints/drawings
- Must possess skills in creating/building and managing Creform items
- Medium English (both writing and speaking) is a must
- Good work ethics, personal motivation, and drive
Work Environment:
The work setting should consist of an office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a low noise level.
