Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President – Marketing Technology Lead Genpact is seeking a Marketing technology leader who will work in partnership with the Marketing Operations team. The Marketing technology lead will serve as a liaison between IT and marketing operations and support an end-to-end integrated Marketing stack. As the Marketing Technology lead you will own our technology strategy and implementation for the Marketing function The candidate will also be responsible for supporting the implementation of new technology - then assumes management, training, new technologyrollouts, troubleshooting, administration, and change management. The marketing technology manager will function as the lead in the automation of processes and help orchestrate development of solutions with the marketing operations and growth operations teams. The successful candidate must have technical depth and a passion for Marketing – as well as a track record of willingness and ability to work collaboratively and effectively across departments and boundaries to deliver project objectives. The ability to manage multiple tasks and project simultaneously, own deliverables end-to-end, and prioritize workload effectively are all key to success in this role. Responsibilities Own the creation and implementation of the Marketing Technology strategy. Develops and maintains strong partnerships with marketing operations, IT, and vendors to ensure coordinated implementation and deployments. Partner closely with peers and leaders to support implementation of major business initiatives across the company. Understand best practice marketing processes and align technology solutions to optimize those processes across the business. Help select and provide comparisons for marketing technology solutions (at times to support core system integrations) Serve as the ongoing business owner for data, applications, and systems that support Marketing. Ongoing analytics delivery to provideinsights for better decision making. Ensure Marketing products meet security and legal requirements. Take the Marketing lead for any audits that require Marketing inputs. Lead proof of concept efforts to quickly test and validatenew solutions in marketing. Construct key marketing reporting mechanisms, including dashboards and reports. Keep current with the latest technologies and advise on their implications for the organization. Interacts with technology to ensure the successful implementation of business intent. Analyses new business requirements, determines current performance, and builds and manages detailed project plans to implement improvements and/or corrective actions. Partners in the development of training and adoption materials to support initiatives. Define and implement best practice operational playbooks/frameworks/automations to support an omni-channel martech ecosystem. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience (preferably degree in both computer science and Marketing) Experience with implementing multi-channel marketing automation stack. Relevant year of experience managing end-to-end marketing stack. Relevant year of experience integrating marketing technology with enterprise applications. Relevant year of experience system configuration and administration experience Deadline-driven, with the ability to self-manage multiple projects and deadlines. Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail Ability to use creative thinking to identify and solve problems. Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively between different disciplines (development, creative, marketing, admissions, etc.) and personality types. Preferred Qualifications An understanding of what is driving digital transformation for businesses, with an interest in emerging technologies – e.g.,AI, machine learning etc Bachelor’s degree a must - MBA desirable
