Job DescriptionThis is a great opportunity to join our Bucharest teams as a Factoring Analyst. Reporting directly to the Treasury Manager, this role serves North America region and will be an interface between banks, corporate treasury, accounting or Accounts Receivable teams regarding the factoring programs and activities associated with them.Key responsibilities: Factoring administration activities including execution of day to day activities such as inputting data, preparing invoices files, payments and reconciliations and other reports as neededInterface and manage third party service provider relationships and provide expected deliverables for assigned programsSend requests for payments approval to treasury departmentPrepare payments instructionsPerform GL entries and post journals in ERP system to reflect factoring transactionsPerform various controls to ensure accuracy of data and SAP postingsSupport different requests coming from factoring stakeholdersPrepare and update Standard Operating Procedures and process mapsDraft and maintain proper documentation for SOX purposesRequired ExperienceWhat will make you successful: Bachelor's degree (required), preferably in Accounting or FinanceExperience with SAP (or similar ERP system)Minimum 2 years of experience with Credit and Collection and Cash ApplicationExperience with Accounts Receivable FactoringGood understanding of Accounting Principles, Credit, Accounts Receivable and Cash Application.Extremely detailed oriented, curiosity, strong critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Excel and financial analysis.Effective verbal and written communication skills. Able to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
