Our core product, the OEV Master, forms the basis for their online presences and includes products for creating brand presences, field service homepages, lead and sales routes, claims and service offers, and more. The digital transformation of our customers is in full swing. To strengthen our team of customer understanders, managers and consultants, we are looking for a passionate Consultant DXP at the Düsseldorf location.
Your tasks as Consultant DXP (m/f/d)
- Responsibility for the introduction of digital products/services, leading OEV teams at our customers and ensuring a smooth integration.
- Analyze customer needs, design customized solutions based on the OEV product portfolio, also in close collaboration with product management.
- Proactive communication with customers about new features and improvements.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and derive recommendations for action.
- Maintaining customer relationships and close coordination with the Customer Success Management team.
- Researching, observing and analyzing the market are an important part of your work.
Your skills and experience as Consultant DXP (m/f/d)
- You have experience in customer management and digital consulting or in a similar role.
- You have a convincing demeanor coupled with high empathy, strong communication and presentation skills.
- You convince with analytical thinking, proactive and results-oriented approach.
- You have a strong understanding of digital trends and technologies and at best experience with various content management systems, including classic, hybrid and headless CMS like Magnolia.
- You work in a solution and team-oriented way and a dynamic environment matches your mindset.
- Knowledge of insurance products and processes as well as experience in the S-Finanzgruppe are an advantage.
- You are familiar with tools like Confluence, Jira and Miro.
- We assume willingness to travel for this task.
- Fluency in German and English.
