Job Description The global Marcom and Database Senior Specialist is a dual responsibility role: 1/ Beeing communication business partner for the Turbo technologies supporting them in achieving their goals, leading the communication strategy, campaigns and content development with the respective subject matter experts (SME) / specialists, 2/ Global database manager, owning the newsletters targets, database scoring and marketing automation strategy and execution. 1/Global Marcom Business Partner role: Understand the personas, the customer journey and the value proposition for the assigned business unit and build good working relations with the decision makers Define and execute the gobal strategy to support with the communication initiatives, including content and campaigns that would bring the desired results; Split the requirements into deliverables based on the strategy and plans Map the existing content versus the customer journey, decide content gaps, write marcom briefs and project plan with external agencies and internal SMEs / specialists to produce the needed content Work with Comms channels specialists – Web , Social, e-Mail, online and physical events, print, outdoor to drive the business projects Define content needs for each channel- visuals, copy, design, 3Ds, P2P etc., drive overall creative scope and project manage to get it all done; Decide gating strategy Deliver the integrated campaigns in the plan, ensure reaching the objectives in terms of KPIs / ROI and present the results Ensure (OEM) database is growing on the specific business and link with the business results Manage the assets of the business and the brand are available for future use in the DAM 2/ Database Specialist role: Manage the global marcom database. Understand the database and help all businesses with the database segmentation, scoring, lead flows and contact / leads reports Work with the marketing and business partners in order to improve database structure and visibility for each business unit while finetuning the leads flows Define and execute the database, newsletters, marketing automation and scoring strategy while influencing all businesses in the strategic direction Update, optimize and enforce the flows, tools and reports related to database, nurturing and newsletters Plan and implement successful newsletters, e-mail and nurturing campaigns that optimize the ROI and increase the MQL and the propensity to convert to SQL Ensure brand guidelines and approval flows are respected in all e-mail Align and project manage with business partners, content development, Copywriting, IT / Agency on content and visuals, segmentation, templates for newsletters; Produce and edit copy, visuals and e-mail templates if needed Ensure the quality of the database is kept high while the open rates and click rates are kept higher than market benchmark and unsubscribe rates are lower than the market benchmarks; Use the database and nurturing flows to increase scores as part of the strategy. Ensure privacy policy compliance of all actions Manage P2P process for own activities YOU NEED: Bachelor degree in Marketing or Communications 5+ years of Marketing experience 3+ years of experience in end to end Digital campaigns, marketing automation or database management Proof record of B2B strategies and campaigns led Mailing and personalization experience, including tools and flows Agency briefing and project management experience Fluent in English General Marketing Comms and Digital acumen Very good organizational and planning skills. Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines. Good communications skills and ability to effectively communicate with outside vendors and internal staff from various departments The ability to diplomatically negotiate and to present own ideas Mastery of computing tools such as Word, Excel and Power Point Nice to have: Mastery of Adobe image editing software
