Reporting to Jakub Kowalczyk, you will work in a collaborative environment and have possibility to drive development towards a tangible product.If you are a Product Owner experienced with software development who is willing to develop in an international company, then this is an opportunity for you. An ideal candidate is an experienced problem solver who learnt from failures and overcame obstacles on their way.Your responsibilitiesWork with the Product Management, other Product Owners and Architects to define the product vision and roadmap in details.Do backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.Plan and prioritize the product feature backlog and product development.Working in a cross-disciplinary team using the Agile development methodology.Sharing your knowledge and experience with other team members.Your backgroundBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or an equal field of study.At least 3 years of experience on Product Owner or Business Analyst position.In-depth knowledge of the Agile process and principles – experience in SCRUM methodology.Sharp analytical mind and skills to solve problems and extract their essence.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Good communication, presentation, and leadership skills.Willingness to work in an international project set-up.Good written and spoken communication in English.More about usHitachi Energy is a global technology leader that is advancing a sustainable energy future for all.
