Security Engineer
We are looking for a Security Engineer with the ability to maintain complex internal security systems that tracks malicious actor activity, to create the future with us.

What you’ll do
- Maintain a complex internal security system that tracks malicious actor activity and internal telemetry signal
- Iteratively improve upon the technology and create custom scripts and services to support the customer base within the EU
- Manage various communication streams including cross company and executive communications
- Facilitate post incident reviews, document intelligence and data points gained appropriately and actively work with impacted teams addressing resolution actions
- Keep up-to-date on geopolitical issues across the world and be able to translate them into potential and future cyber incidents involving Oracle and its ecosystem
- Collaborate with partner Cloud security teams during all phases of the incident response lifecycle
- Develop and implement programs and processes to reduce information security risk and strengthen Oracle’s security posture
We also use:
- Scripting languages such as Python, JAVA, SQL
- Windows, UNIX/LINUX, and MacOS
- Structured queries to pull data from logs and YARA, Snort, Suricata, Bro/Zeek
- Security operations, vulnerabilities and exploitation, network security, cloud security, open-source research on a variety of topics
