Your day to day:
- The SOX Compliance Manager is responsible for managing VCI technical SOX controls across all VCI units and steering _VOIS resources supporting delivery as well as coordinating towards Vodafone Group Cyber SOX unit and the external auditor.
With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:
- Responsible for SOX compliance for all VCI controls across the whole VCI managed estate and technologies
- Responsible for review, update and maintain SOX controls and the risk control matrix
- Responsible for timely delivery of evidence ensuring effectiveness
- Responsible for status reporting
- Responsible for risks assessments
- Responsible with the continuous improvement of the processes and SOX controls in order to obtain simple, efficient and error-free processes
With these skills you are a great candidate:
- 3+ years work experience in SOX processes and controls (General IT controls)
- Experienced in conducting internal and external audits
- Solid knowledge about ITIL Process Design and Segregation of Duties
- Experience in risk management
- Experience in governance management and collaboration with local markets and Group entities
- Bachelor/master in IT engineering, business management or proof of comparable working experience
- General background of IT service & security management
- General understanding of SOX, ISO 9000/27000 family, PCI-DSS, ITIL and agile methodologies
