Your daily tasks will include: operational transport logistics e. g. creation of transport documents, ordering of transports incl. monitoring, knowledge transfer after training phase and functional coordinationof the team in Bucharest.How You’ll Make An Impact:Ordering of Transports based on defined dates, preferred carriers and transportation contracts Preparation of complete set of documents for transport ordering and customs declaration observing specifics for dangerous goods transport where necessaryClarification of documents with all involved internal and external business partnersArrange for goods pickup at supplier with all transport modesPerform order to invoice verification for 3PL servicesPreparation of documents (intrastat) for statistics administrationCoordination of dispatch activities based on defined logistics conceptsInformation to all relevant parties on transport details and current statusSupporting process optimizationHolding carrier liable and clarifying discrepancies (damages, delays etc.)What You Bring:Willingness for a 6-month delegation to Germany to be trained before returning to Bucharest to act as team lead and perform the knowledge transfer into a newly set up team. German language skills (min.
