Certified by one of the well-known organizations (nice to have)
Practical experience in leading agile teams according to Scrum (minimum 4 years)
Experience in moderating events and understanding of communication processes and group dynamics
Leadership skills of heterogeneous groups and their formation for self-organization
Technology partners, research companies, etc
SMEs and international corporations
Project staff with/without experience in agile projects
Independence, openness, team spirit, strong communication skills, empathetic in challenging situations
Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project goals
Support and guidance for team members with special focus in take-over phase
Communicate and collaborate with all stakeholders
Optional: experience in the IT environment
