What you will learn and contribute toAs Core Service Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of quality of service on Core Network associated to mobile or fix infrastructure within a Business Unit. You will also ensure that incident and change management processes are well performed within the agreed targets (SLAs/KPIs) Are you passionate about Telco Cloud and IOT? As a Core Service Engineer in our team, you will: Ensure 2nd level operations support of the network by performing incident restoration. Configure, test and maintain core network equipment’s operational. Identify, diagnose and resolving network problems Liaise with other skill center experts and vendors for advanced troubleshooting. Repairing and recovering from hardware or software failures. Perform preventive actions and systems performance tuning. Implement standard configuration and hardware changes in the production or test environment. Perform On-call (7x24) on a regular base. Your skills and experience You have: Bachelor/Master of science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent Experience in Core Network with more focus in VoLTE and IMS Networks Experience in Roaming testing and implementation Experience in subset or at least one of the products like SBC, CSCF, TAS, MSC,MGW, STP,HLR,HSS Very good English skills.
