Delmia Apriso (junior) MES (regular)
YOUR ROLE:
Senior Solution Consultant will work closely with our customers and the DELMIA Apriso sales team to provide pre-sales support for our Manufacturing Operations Management solutions. Our solutions offer high ROI for manufacturers, increased efficiency for operational mobility, extended manufacturing intelligence and native 3D model integration, and additional support for IIoT standards adoption.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create, test, implement and execute demonstrations of our solutions based on requirements from prospects, customers or the sales team.
- Maintain a documented library of demonstrations used in pre-sales processes.
- Create, personalize and distribute demonstrations and/or Proof of Concepts with storytelling, to support and articulate the value of the DELMIA Apriso solution.
- Capitalize on, publish and reuse technical information (demos, POCs, etc.).
- Develop personal technical knowledge, transfer skills and promote technical expertise to maintain the internal and/or external ecosystem.
- Participate in the development of documents to support overall pre-sales activities for DELMIA Apriso.
- Support pre-sales activities directly or in support of other teams.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Engineering degree or equivalent in information systems or industrial engineering.
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar position.
- Experience with DELMIA Apriso or any other MES / MOM solution.
- Knowledge of manufacturing industry concepts, especially related to production, quality, maintenance and logistics.
- Computer development skills: SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (all levels).
- Technical skills in MES, QMS, WMS, MM, integration with ERP/PLM business layers and machines (interfaces).
- Presentation skills and ability to lead presentation and demonstration sessions or customer requirements definition workshops.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to analyze and manage priorities.
- Travel required.
