Additionally, you will act as a point of liaison between the team members, senior management, and the customer. Facility background is mandatory.What a typical day looks like:You will maintain a permanent communication with the customer to determine the specifications and/or modification of the products architecture, according to the technical support requirements for the team members and you will technically evaluate their activities You will be the main customer interface for the products’ transfer from one Flex site to another, or products transfer from one supplier / third party partner / customer to Flex Coordinate a mixed team for the introduction of new products in the production process from current or new customers, starting with the planning of resources and equipment, qualification of the production line (preparing checking batch pilot), continuing with the early days of mass production to stabilize the product by the end of product life Review of engineering plans, drawings, or schematicsBe able to work independently in challenging environment and be able to lead the project team through the project execution process.
