Playtika is looking for a Project Manager/Team Lead to lead one of our feature teams.

Responsibilities
- People management
- Coordination of new functionality delivery (planning new features development, delivery planning, risk management)
- Responsible for team commitment (the scope, timeline and quality)
- Communication with stakeholders
- Creating good relationship business representatives
- Ability to challenge existed environment and implement changes
- Ability to quickly respond to any changes
- Problems solving in the team: from planning and development to production
- Setup and constant analysing product metrics (efficiency, weak spots, complexity)
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position in the information technology sector
- Deep understanding of Agile Methodologies. Experience in establishing and adopting Scrum/Kanban
- Good educational background, solid understanding of SDLC (preferably in mobile gamedev)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- English: Upper-intermediate or higher
- Good interpersonal relationship skills
