The team you’ll be part of
The pandemic has highlighted how important telecoms networks are to society. Nokia’s Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise. The team is supporting the deployment of equipment (installation and commissioning), supporting local rollout managers close to customer, support reporting and automation, quality inspections, acceptance and others.
What you will learn and contribute to
- Continuous Project Management Planning, initialization of project data into Share Points and supporting local Rollout Managers for implementation of the Project Management Plan
- Managing Order Deliveries to subcontractors and Nokia Deployment Services
- Handling test equipment requests to meet project field teams needs
- Checking field team self-assessment and reporting all nonconformities
- Updating all dashboards, files concerning workorder status
- Managing deliverable/documentation to customers and workorders to subcontractors
- Managing site accesses for all customers with corresponding processes
Your skills and experience
You have:
- University degree
- French and English skills (fluent)
- Ability to work on deadline, to be organized
- You are familiar with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Sharepoint
Nice to have:
- Telecom engineering degree or similar
- Experience in similar positions, working in international environment, experience in telecom environment
- Availability to travel worldwide for short periods to meet local teams and/or customers
- Willingness to learn, easy adaptable, result oriented, team payer and good communication skills
