Change Management (CHM) comprises the preparation and support of different stakeholder groups/business units/teams with change management activities. Facilitates the introduction of new structures, processes, roles, and/or methodologies within Nokia. The Process Manager is Accountable/Responsible for overall process design and its application, and continuous improvement in accordance with Nokia process guidelines, framework, and tools in own process scope. This role ensures that processes are sufficiently documented. Process Manager is also accountable/responsible for providing business requirements and process implementation, deployment and institutionalization within their organizational scope. What you will learn and contribute to Make proposals for process performance targets and define, implement and monitor the process performance metrics continuously. Create and implement E2E processes scope in own responsibility area and provide cross-functional inputs. Identify, analyse and define continuous improvement initiatives, optimization and automation of processes based on performance measures, benchmarking, customer feedback, lessons learned, audit etc. Create process development plan and execution roadmap (12-18 months) and long-range plan (3 years). Ensure that processes are sufficiently documented, are aligned with Nokia process architecture and common global process documentation guidelines. Review & approve process documentation. Ensure that processes and related IT solutions (tools & processes) meet the approved business requirements (targets, business requirements from process managers). Create and maintain blueprints, user guides and working instructions. Drive Process Management alignment with Information/Data management. Support process issues, act as a specialist and give support to a team. Define and execute pieces of training based on your own area of expertise. Support cross-functional training.
