Network Operations Specialist
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Specialist who will be working as a part of the Network Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively monitoring IT Networks, supporting users in all IT Network related issues, and finding solutions in cooperation with other departments and vendors.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience at a similar position
- Comprehensive understanding of IT technology with a strong focus on IP networks
- Excellent understanding of MPLS VPN, DMVPN, and BGP
- Excellent understanding of TCP/IP and IPSec
- Excellent IP network troubleshooting skills
- Fluent verbal and written English (minimum B2 level) is required
- Willingness to learn new things and share knowledge with others
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Open and communicative personality
- Ability to document procedures and policies
- Ability to train and coach Junior level team members
Nice To Have:
- Experience in VoIP
- Experience in scripting languages for IP network automation
- Experience with network monitoring software
- Experience with FortiGate and Palo Alto Firewalls
- Experience with ClearPass Aruba Secure Access Control systems
- Experience in GNU/Linux operating systems
- CCNP and other Cisco certificates
- University degree with a major in Telecommunication and/or Computer Science
